James Hunt

James Hunt is a seasoned healthcare and public safety professional with over 21 years as a certified Paramedic and over 17 years of service as a Firefighter and Fire Lieutenant. His career has been defined by leadership under pressure, clinical excellence, and a deep-rooted commitment to serving others.

Born in California and lived teenage years in Georgia, James moved to Colorado in 1998, where he launched his EMS and fire service career. Over nearly two decades, he rose through the ranks, teaching and mentoring new responders, managing emergency scenes, and upholding the highest standards of care and teamwork.

James has worked in customer service since age 17, a foundation that shaped his people-first approach in both emergency medicine and leadership. He believes that clear communication, empathy, and professionalism are as important as technical skills.

Now based in North Carolina, James is part of the ownership of NC Mobile IV Medics, bringing mobile IV therapy and wellness services directly to patients with the same dedication and integrity that have defined his career.

Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is a licensed Paramedic with 7 years of experience in emergency medical services. Born and raised in Sneads Ferry, she has a strong connection to the local community and a deep appreciation for the military families who call this area home.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new cities, staying active, and cooking for the people she loves. She has a passion for wellness, fitness, nutrition, and health education, and believes that feeling your best starts with taking care of yourself in simple, consistent ways. As a wife and mom of two, Rachel understands how important it is to feel your best while balancing the many roles life brings.

Rachel values overall wellness and enjoys being in welcoming, people-centered environments. She’s especially comfortable working with groups and helping create positive spaces where people can relax, recover, and leave feeling refreshed and supported.

Daniel Rodriguez

Dan is a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in emergency and cardiac care, where he developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, physiology, and high-acuity patient management.

After years of treating illness in acute settings, Dan became increasingly passionate about helping people optimize their health before a crisis occurs. In his own life, he prioritizes longevity, recovery, and human connection through nutrition, movement, and intentional lifestyle practices, and he is passionate about helping others do the same.

Dan values genuine human connection and believes it is essential to both mental health and long-term wellness. He approaches every client with medical expertise and careful attention to detail, while also bringing presence, empathy, and a sincere desire to help people feel their best.

When he’s not caring for clients, Dan can be found traveling with his family, exploring national parks, and seeking out natural landscapes, living out the same commitment to vitality and intentional living that he encourages in others.

Brook Dougherty

Brook was born in Wyoming and has called Colorado home for the past 30 years. With a background in veterinary medicine, she spent much of her career working as a dedicated veterinary technician.

Brook has a passion for travel, fitness, discovering fun places to try new food, relaxing at the beach or on a lake, and spending quality time with her husband James and their French Bulldog mix Tater Tot, as well as with family and friends.

In 2025, Brook made the move to Wilmington, North Carolina, to co-found North Carolina Mobile IV Medics (NCMIVM) alongside James and close friends. Drawn by the coastal lifestyle, she’s enjoying more time by the beach while playing an essential behind-the-scenes role in keeping NCMIVM running smoothly.
