James Hunt
James Hunt is a seasoned healthcare and public safety professional with over 22 years of experience as a certified Paramedic and more than 17 years as a Firefighter and Fire Lieutenant. Throughout his career, James has built a reputation for clinical excellence, leadership, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
After beginning his EMS and fire service career in Colorado in 1998, James spent nearly two decades responding to emergencies, mentoring new providers, and leading teams in high pressure situations. His extensive experience has shaped his calm, professional approach to patient care.
James also brings more than 25 years of customer service experience, which has reinforced his belief that communication, compassion, and professionalism are just as important as clinical skills.
As an owner and primary provider with NC Mobile IV Medics, James is passionate about bringing high quality, personalized IV therapy and wellness services directly to clients throughout the community.

Rachel Williams is a licensed Paramedic with 8 years of experience in emergency medical services. Born and raised in Sneads Ferry, Rachel has a strong connection to the local community and a passion for wellness, fitness, nutrition, and health education.
As a wife and mom of two, Rachel understands the importance of feeling your best while balancing a busy life. She brings a warm, caring approach to every client and enjoys creating a comfortable, positive experience.

Daniel Rodriguez
Dan Rodriguez is a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of experience in emergency and cardiac care. His background in high acuity medicine has given him a strong foundation in critical thinking, physiology, and patient care.
Passionate about wellness, longevity, and recovery, Dan believes in taking a proactive approach to health through nutrition, movement, and intentional lifestyle choices. He brings medical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine, compassionate approach to every client.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling with his family, exploring national parks, and spending time outdoors.

Stacy Moses
A dedicated registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, originally from Nova Scotia, Canada. She has an extensive clinical background in ICU, PACU, and oral surgery, and is also a certified BLS instructor with ACLS certification. She has been married to her husband Brad for 27 years and is a proud mother to two sons, Hunter and Lucas. Now based in coastal North Carolina, she is excited to be part of NC Mobile IV Medics, providing in-home IV hydration and recovery services to her community.

Paramedic
James Meeks is a licensed Paramedic with 19 years of EMS experience, including more than 8 years as a Paramedic. His diverse background includes fire service, emergency communications, military medicine, and combat medicine during his service in Afghanistan.
James holds degrees in Fire Administration, Emergency Medical Care, and Human Resources. He is passionate about helping others and brings a friendly, compassionate, and easygoing approach to patient care.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, Carolina Hurricanes hockey, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
Sheena Bledsoe
Physician Assistant
Sheena is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in emergency medicine, trauma care, and general surgery. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for the past four years, following a 12-year career as a paramedic in a high-volume 911 system. During that time, she also served for nine years as a Tactical Emergency Medical Services (TEMS) provider alongside two SWAT teams. Sheena has a passion for functional medicine, with a focus on hydration, recovery, biohacking, and overall health optimization. She is dedicated to helping patients feel and perform at their best through high-quality care. Outside of work, Sheena enjoys spending time with her husband and her Doberman Pinscher. She stays active through weightlifting, hiking, running, road/mountain biking, loves camping and spending time with family and friends.
Brook Dougherty
Co-owner/Manager
Brook was born in Wyoming and has called Colorado home for the past 30 years. With a background in veterinary medicine, she spent much of her career working as a dedicated veterinary technician.
Brook has a passion for travel, fitness, discovering fun places to try new food, relaxing at the beach or on a lake, and spending quality time with her husband James and family and friends.
In 2025, Brook made the move to Wilmington, North Carolina, to co-found North Carolina Mobile IV Medics (NCMIVM) alongside James and close friends. Drawn by the coastal lifestyle, she’s enjoying more time by the beach while playing an essential behind-the-scenes role in keeping NCMIVM running smoothly.
